Refund Policy

In the event or Organization, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the Item you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

  • Advance payment will be refunded if Incense Media is unable to deliver the Magazine or cancel the event in 7 working days.
  • Magazine will only be provided after paying full advance payment.
  • In case you change your mind regarding Magazine after paying advance or do not continue to purchase the Magazine than your advance amount will be refunded, If we have delivered the Magazine the you can't refund the amount.
